In 2016, long-time SW Florida resident and outdoor enthusiast Brad Hendry created
Muddy Water Entertainment
so that he could focus on one thing - bringing outdoor fun of all kinds to the people of SW Florida and the nation.
After growing up in the outdoor culture of South Florida, Brad began racing in earnest back in 1998, bringing the thundering excitement of airboat drags to the area. After years of winning throughout the south, he formed the National Association of Airboat Drag Racing (NAADR) in 2012. Since then, Brad has pursued his dream of producing outdoor events in his home state. In 2016, he entered an agreement with the ownership of Redneck Mud Park in Punta Gorda Florida to begin producing his own Muddy Water Entertainment events on the world-famous property. First up? The Trucks Gone Wild Fall Classic in November of 2016, where thousands of mud enthusiasts from across the country made a trek to Redneck Mud Park in SW Florida for 4 days of mud, trucks, airboats, racing, camping, vendors, and fun.
There's plenty more action where that came from too. We've expanded out and now are reintroducing and old mud favorite - The Original Okeechobee MudFest every year. We're opening up the old Felda Mud Hole property - the one that started it all! Plus plans are in the works for a number of rockin' outdoor concerts, as well as "Race Day" events, where Muddy Water Entertainmentwill host Mega Mud Truck Races, Airboat Races, Truck Pulls, and a concert all in one jam-packed day of outdoor fun.
